zanox Acquired for $288 Million Dollars

German newspaper publisher Axel Springer and Swiss-based PubliGroupe have announced an agreement to buy the German-based affiliate network zanox for €214.9 million euros ($288 US).

Springer will be putting up 60 percent of the purchase price, and PubliGroupe will account for the other 40 percent.
