I just read Twitter Power by Joel Comm and thought it was an excellent book for anybody trying to get into Twitter and figure it out.
Twitter Power is geared towards businesses that are interesting in leveraging Twitter for their company.
If you’re not familiar with author Joel Comm, he’s written a number of books in the past, including New York Times best seller, The AdSense Code, as well as Click Here to Order, an account of the early days of Internet marketing.
Also, Joel is a good person to follow on Twitter @joelcomm for the insight, news and resources he shares.
As far as the content of the book, Twitter Power covers what can Twitter do for you, getting started on Twitter, building a following, using Twitter to help build your brand, useful third-party applications and more.
I’d recommend Twitter Power to anybody that’s been on Twitter a while, as well as folks that are brand new to it. I’ve been on there over two years and found the book to be useful for me.
And while you’re in Twitter, be sure to follow me @affiliatetip.

Your Message@Cal Golden:
Hi Cal -
I haven’t read Joel’s free report, but I’d imagine that even if the content is similar, he is going much more in depth with the book, as it’s 200+ pages.
Good looking out, Shawn. I just got into using twitter extensively for my business networking and have been reading a lot of resources on it.
I picked up Joel’s free report on twitter which is available on his blog. Are you familiar with it? If so, does Twitter Power cover anything different than the report?
Shawn, Also note: joelcommlive on USteamTV every Wednesday at 1:00 PM EST (10:00 AM PST) Thanks for the review, that is a must-read book for me. Respectfully, Nicholas Chase http://www.twitter.com/nachase
