Amazon has started Black Friday early this year – today (November 22), and they’ll be adding new deals all day through November 27.
Black Friday week at Amazon will be followed by their two-day Cyber Monday event on November 28-29, and then the Amazon Top Holiday Deals running November 30 to December 23.
Amazon has provided direct links for each of these time-sensitive periods: Black Friday Deals Week, Cyber Monday Deals, and Top Holiday Deals.
I’d suggest affiliates check through the best sellers in each category to get a feel for the current best sellers to optimize Christmas campaigns.
Kindle is the #1 bestselling, most-wished-for, and most-gifted product on their site, according to Amazon.com.

Have you promoted Kindles, though? I’ve pushed them and they’ve sold.
Personally, I tried to like the Kindle, and went back to “real” books.
Amazon’s not my main piece of pie, but I’ve still sold in the 6 figures worth of stuff for them. Number of Kindles I’ve sold? ONE.
Amazon’s 24-hour cookie and slow payments suck, but you can’t argue with the ridiculous conversions. But still… nobody’s buying Kindles from what I’ve seen.
The best way for me is to use text links in content, but there is no universal best way, since there are so many ways to promote Amazon.
Well of course they say that Kindle is the biggest and most sought after, whether it truly is or not I would think. It’s theirs and they want us to push it hard.
I just got accepted into the Amazon affiliate network, and I was just wondering what you think is the best way to promote my links? Are you guys just direct linking through CPC?
