SocialSpark Blog Ad Marketplace Opens

by on May 12, 2008

SocialSpark. a sort of blog advertising marketplace and social network hybrid from IZEA, is now open for all to join.

I created an account a couple or three weeks ago, but just went in today to actually do something with it.

The site, a sort of next generation Pay Per Post from Ted Murphy, enables bloggers and advertisers to hook up and do business.

I created an account as a blogger, as well as an advertiser, and I posted a blog sponsorship offer.

SocialSpark blog sponsorship offer

It looks like an interesting concept, and SocialSpark has a code of ethics for the community, which I presume will blunt the sort of criticism that was heaped on Pay Per Post in the past.

What is Smorty?

I wonder how Google would treat this new approach of Pay Per Post. I joined Smorty and the next day my PR3 blog went down to ZERO.

Nope – just personal opinion with no compensation.
