See you at LinkShare Symposium 2007

by on May 14, 2007

LinkShare Symposium 2007 is coming up June 20 in New York City at Chelsea Piers. The theme of this Symposium is Performance Marketing 2.0: Innovation & Collaboration.

The keynote speaker will be Don Tapscott, author of 11 widely read books about information technology in business and society, including Paradigm Shift, Growing Up Digital and The Naked Corporation.

His new bestseller, Wikinomics: How Mass Collaboration Changes Everything, explains how businesses can tap the full potential of the emerging networked economy and its self-organized, mass-participatory communities.

The session I am most anxious to check out is “Affiliate 2.0: Ecommerce Mash-Ups.”

Affiliate Summit will be a sponsor of the LinkShare Symposium and we’re giving away a couple passes to Affiliate Summit 2007 East. Hope to see you there.

On the evening before the Symposium, the 4th Annual LinkShare Golden Link Awards are taking place at Cipriani in New York City.

Here’s a shot of me celebrating the win for Performance Marketing’s Most Vocal Advocate at the 2006 LinkShare Golden Link Awards.

Shawn Collins was honored as Performance Marketing's Most Vocal Advocate at the 2006 LinkShare Golden Link Awards.

The special guest host is comedian Kevin Meaney, and I’ll be there in a monkey suit as an award presenter.
