Their support is surly and slow, and they have a habit of cancelling acounts without warning. Try <a href="http://www.e-junkie.com" rel="nofollow">e-junkie</a> or <a href="http://www.bytecommerce.com/Default.aspx" rel="nofollow">bytecommerce</a>---they both have more reasonable fee structures, and are nicer to work with.
