by on August 3, 2009

Jeremy “ShoeMoney” Schoemaker ran a charity auction for one company to put their logo on his chest during Affiliate Summit East 2009 last week, and RetailmeNot.com won the auction with a bid of $11,100.

All of the money from the winning bid is going to the Lincoln City Mission Homeless Shelter, Jeremy will wear a RetailmeNot.com shirt for all three days of Affiliate Summit.

Great job by ShoeMoney to raise a big sum of money for charity, again. Back in January, he ran a similar charity auction and raised $10,000 for the National Breast Cancer Foundation with a winning bid from Train Signal.

@Andre Ocean:
ShoeMoney ran the charity auction on eBay and RetailMeNot.com was the highest bidder.

I agree with Steve, Was Shoemoney the only on to run in the contest. There are no details given as in who participated in the bid.

@Steve:
It wasn’t a contest – it was a charity auction on eBay.

There is a new charity auction up now from Loren Feldman of 1938 Media.

Was Shoemoney the only one to run a contest like this for the Summit?
