Over 3,000 Attendees at Affiliate Summit East 2009

The final numbers are in for Affiliate Summit East 2009 and we ended up with 3,076 attendees – the biggest Affiliate Summit East to date.

We are very excited about the growth during such a fragile economy – it’s a testament to the strength of the affiliate marketing space, even during a recession.

As far as the types of attendees at Affiliate Summit East 2009, once again the biggest group were affiliates.

The show was a blast, one of the best by far. I’m not surprised it was the biggest show in the east to date. NYC is a great place to have a conference, and the Boston show last year was fantastic, too.

Thanks Mark – at the time of the Boston show, that one was the biggest in the east. They just keep growing!

It was a great show Shawn. The numbers being like those at a West conference made it feel like one as well – very effective. I wrote you after Boston and expressed that it felt a bit under attended – that was not the case this time.
Can’t wait for Vegas 2010

Hi Diane -

Affiliate Summit West has historically been larger than Affiliate Summit East, but with the big jump in attendees in New York City this week from last summer in Boston, the East show was nearly as big as Las Vegas this past January.

Hi Shawn- How does this compare to Affiliate Summit West? Is East typically larger than West?
