One of the sessions at Affiliate Summit East 2008 was a discussion on the New York Affiliate Tax, and the issues and solutions surrounding the new law.
The moderator for the session was Adam Riemer, Director of Marketing and Client Relations for downtown ecommerce partners.

I am a server that gets taxed based on twenty percent of my sales . i never make that what are my options?

I’m a New York resident and I’ve found a perfect legal way to get around the New York State affiliate tax laws.
