New Affiliate Coupon Widget from Tjoos

Tjoos has launched their Coupon Widget, which allows affiliates to display coupons, and every time a visitor clicks on a coupon and makes a purchase, the affiliate will receive a commission from this sale.
The coupons in the Tjoos widget are sourced directly from the retailers, as well as from the Tjoos coupon-sharing community on their site.
“We have created a win-win scenario for all involved. The site owners earn some extra income. Their visitors get a useful service that saves them money and Tjoos grows its brand and community,” commented Bart Jellema, CIO of Tjoos.
Commission tracking is handled through Commission Junction, so affiliates must have a CJ account to use the Tjoos widget.
I asked Bart if Tjoos gets credit for every third click or something similar and he explained that affiliates get 100% of commissions from all clicks to retailers from their sites.
However, there is a link at the bottom of the widget labeled “more coupons…” that links directly to tjoos.com. This link is not commissionable for affiliates.
Here is a version of the widget I created that solely features GoDaddy coupon codes.

The widget can be customized at http://www.tjoos.com/Coupon-Widget/ and one-click installations for Blogspot and TypePad are provided. For other installations, the widget HTML is available.

It would be nice if CJ could make this available directly. Backlinks are ok, but the branding for tjoos looks like it has more value than the widget itself might bring to affiliates. Let’s face it, consumers always want to “see more coupons”.
