Netbooks, those small (typically about 10″), low-cost (most popular models are < $500) laptops like the ASUS eee, Dell Mini, and Acer Aspire, are selling like crazy, and I'd recommend any affiliates to take a look at that market.
Netbooks are expected to sell 30 million units globally this year, according to DigiTimes.
The global netbook market reached a scale of 14 million units in 2008, and with shipments continuing to rise, the scale will reach 25-30 million units in 2009, and 40-45 million units in 2010, according to Scott Lin, president of Acer Taiwan.
This volume accounts for about 10% of the overall PC market and approximately 20% of portable PCs, according to the Guardian newspaper in the UK.
I just took a look at the list of the bestselling laptops on Amazon, and it is dominated by netbooks.
Out of the top 24 bestselling laptops on Amazon today, 22 are networks, and the two non-netbooks are #20 and #22 on the list.

Here are the top 5:
- ASUS Eee PC 1000HA 10-Inch Netbook
- Samsung NC10-11PBK 10.2-Inch Netbook
- Acer Aspire One AOD150-1165 10.1-Inch Netbook
- Acer Aspire One AOA150-1126 8.9-Inch Netbook
- ASUS Eee PC 1000HE 10-Inch Netbook
So what are you waiting for? There are millions of people shopping for these machines, and they want to buy through your affiliate links.

This is great news! I registered NetBookCo.com a few weeks ago not knowing how popular they were. This is a cause for development.
