Nearly 4,000 Attendees at Affiliate Summit East 2011

The final numbers are in for Affiliate Summit East 2011 and we ended up with 3,943 attendees – the biggest Affiliate Summit East to date.

We are very excited about the sustained growth during such a fragile economy – it’s a testament to the strength of the affiliate marketing space, even during a recession.

Attendees were evenly distributed across attendee types, and over 1,100 of those attendees were affiliates!

But maybe if the guessing game ran during the week before you announce the attendee count, which is generally right around show time, they might be thinking that far ahead. Or combine East & West and say if you can guess the attendee count for East, you’ll win a Gold for West. I’m a big fan of contests, I keep meaning to run more myself!

Daniel M. Clark August 30, 2011 at 1:31 pm: How about a contest for folks to guess the attendee count for the next one? Like, guess how many attendees will be at ASE12, and the winner gets a Gold pass to ASE13. It could be run Price Is Right-style: closest to the mark without going over wins.
