Make Money with the WeShow Video Social Network

by on May 5, 2008

The WeShow video social network, which initially looks similar to Magnify.net to me, is touting the opportunity to make money with videos.

Like on Magnify.net, you can create a video community on WeShow.

The WeShow revenue share program uses runs Google AdSense ads and they will split 50% of the revenue generated with users.

I see some options for widgets from WeShow, but there is no embed code for videos, unless I am missing something.

Hi Shawn,

You will earn revenue on My WeShow video pages and communities pages you've created.

Embedding WeShow videos will not generate revenue because the videos do not offer in-video advertising.

Hi Fabio -

If I embed video from the WeShow Channel, will I earn revenue?

We already offer an embed code on videos on WeShow Channel and working to offer the code on MyWeShow videos too.

I haven't tried them out – I like the options and support from Magnify.net a lot.

That's interesting but yeah, an embed code is crucial.

Have you checked out VideoClix.com? I have a beta account & meant to mess with it over the weekend but didn't get a chance. Thoughts?

without an embed code, the program just won't do as well. i've seen it soo many time, companies want to pay to get traffic to their own site and own pages, but if they made it easier for their users to link and embed videos outside of their own pages, they would get that much more exposure.
