LinkShare announced a few new tools and features in an e-mail late Friday night, which went into effect that day, plus teased a release taking place November 14.
- Flex Links (Beta) offers affiliates the capability to post a video, widget, flash, or any other kind of clickable object from advertisers on their site(s) to earn a commission.
- Link Locator 2.0 is an XML data feed that gives affiliates access to updated promotions and products without having to login to LinkShare and manually create links.
- Mobile Links enable affiliates to tap into the mobile consumer market and track mobile transactions on a pay-per-action basis.
And when affiliates login to SynergyAnalytics on November 14, there will be a new tab called Traditional Reports.
After clicking on the Traditional Reports tab, affiliates will see a new interface for running Traditional Reports in Synergy Analytics. Previously, affiliates had to navigate multiple pages in order to get to Traditional Reports.
