I came across a thread on ABestWeb about LinkConnector and their affiliate site, LCOffers.com, which had affiliates upset about a conflict of interest.
Affiliate Elena Potoupa posted about the issue after she noticed that an affiliate link of hers, which was invalid, was pointing to LCOffers.com, rather than the merchant site or a page indicating it was an invalid link.
Shortly after the initial post, Ernie St. Gelais, Co-President and CTO of LinkConnector, responded to the thread and asked for some feedback on how they could best fix the situation.
One of the subsequent comments was that LinkConnector should enable affiliates to specify the URL when they’ve got an invalid affiliate link.
I reached out to check on the timeline from LinkConnector for this new functionality, and Ernie St. Gelais indicated that they expect it to be in place by close of business on Wednesday.
Here is how Ernie St. Gelais describes the new feature:
Our functionality will allow for redirection of invalid traffic to the affiliate specified URL no matter the reason that the traffic is invalid (bad affiliate campaign relationship [dropped or removed] or the campaign is expired). Of course, this can only apply when affiliate code is well formed, because we need to know who the affiliate is that is sending the traffic.
With my affiliate hat on, I can surely appreciate the outrage of affiliates when they heard about LCOffers.com, but I also applaud LinkConnector for their prompt attention and reaction to the complaints.

I just hope that the issue of LinkConnector, has been fixed ..
That could be so aweful if you’re having problem with invalid link.
