This week on the Affiliate Thing podcast, I went solo as Lisa Picarille was off as a conference.
I shared a tip for getting any RSS feed by email, how to work with Google to optimize traffic to your site, a place to aggregate affiliate stats, and riding out tough economic times as an affiliate.

Hi Shawn.
I've spent my Sunday afternoon searching for affiliate marketing content as I am going to move towards affiliate advertising on my blog. For the last three years I have concentrated on direct advertising, and whilst it has generated revenue, I am keen to find out if affiliate ads can generate more revenue.
Any tips or maybe a few posts that will help a beginner?
Look at the bullets above – those are the topics I covered in the podcast.
