Back in my affiliate manager days, one of the tools that changed the way I researched potential affiliates was the Internet Success Spider software.
In a nutshell, the software enabled me to search for keywords, and the queries would return the sites ranked well in search engines for those terms.
In addition to providing WHOIS information to reach out to these affiliates (or sites that could become affiliates), the Internet Success Spider provides a number of other indicators of the potential of each site, including Google PageRank.
The automation of this process was really helpful for me, and it’s something any affiliate manager should be using.
Anyhow, Neil Shearing, who created the software, has decided to make it available for free now to give back to the community in these tough economic times.
Check out the Internet Success Spider if you’re trying to recruit affiliates.

That is one cool bugger! Some of the functions I perform daily are now all in one place! Thanks for the great information…gotta run and do some spider-ing.
Blessings,
Wendy
