Affiliate Summit is about to publish the first book, Internet Marketing from the Real Experts, through the Velocity NYC Press publishing imprint.
Internet Marketing from the Real Experts is a collection of articles on affiliate marketing, search engine marketing, social media and more from 88 writers in the first seven issues of FeedFront Magazine.
The official publishing date for the book is January 31, 2010, but we’re working to rush copies of the book to Affiliate Summit West 2010 – assuming all goes well and they arrive in time, there will be a copy for each attendee in Las Vegas.
Internet Marketing from the Real Experts is available for pre-order on Amazon.
Speaking of books, I have a whole bunch of business books I’ll be giving away in Las Vegas during Affiliate Summit West 2010.
These are all books I’ve read over the years that were filling up my bookshelves.
As I transition more towards reading my books on the Kindle, I figured it would make sense to give these out to folks that would like to read them.
I’ll Tweet from @affiliatetip about where to go and grab a book or two. Sorry, there will be no holds on the books. First come, first serve.

It will be on the Kindle, but I haven’t gotten a date from the publisher, yet.
Hi this book looks interesting .. however, one quesiton (given the post above) … why is it not available on Kindle (I use my ipod touch to read everything now) … Just wondering if there was a Kindle option for me and I jus missed

The idea behind search “trends” and search “predictions” has a fatal flaw. Most authors just look at “demand” side and fail to look at the supply side of prediction or trend. Without looking at the supply, or “results” side, predictions are just guesses or throwing darts at a board. We study search demand/supply trends from around the world to find profitable niches and products, and the main problem with predictions is that no one looks at the “supply” side to these predictions. A niche, or hot predictions, is not just a demand side issue, but a supply/demand curve. If you predict IPHONE apps will take off, and there are already 100,000 aps, then you aren’t going to hit that one. If you see that demand for cell phone radiation shields is going nuts and there are only two suppliers, then you can be pretty sure that it will be a good year for those 2 supplies. The software at http://www.TheInternetTimeMachine.com studies both the demand (search volume) and supply (think “results” in Google). The Google Phone is generating much more buzz right now then say the Apple Tablet.
Cheers,
Curt
