Hawaii Bill HB1405 Goes to the Governor

The Hawaiian legislature had a closed hearing on their version of the advertising tax a couple weeks ago, and unfortunately the bill is moving on.

Hawaii Bill HB1405 has been sent to Governor Linda Lingle’s desk.

LinkShare has posted a map of Hawaii that represents zip codes where LinkShare affiliates reside.

And the PMA has posted a letter template to send to Governor Lingle to help convince her that HB1405 will cripple countless small businesses in the state and she should veto it.

It is essential for all Hawaii affiliates to act on this now.
