The regular gang of Jim Kukral, Lisa Picarille, Sam Harrelson, and Shawn Collins were assembled for the monumental 25th episode of GeekCast.

The politics and campaigning for spots on the Performance Marketing Alliance Advisory Board were discussed, as well as Lisa winning a LinkShare Golden Link Award, and the failed effort to broadcast GeekCast over OoVoo.com.

Also, some talk about the costs of the new iPhone and activation hassles with the new model, video king Tim Carter going to Washington to speak with Congressman, and Google now indexing Flash.

Other things discussed included the quality of content at TechCrunch, Google ending the AdSense referral program, and the rebranding of Performics as the Google Affiliate Network.
