We like to have various data points to help qualify these free subscription addresses, because it is costly to print and mail a copy and have it come back to us.

Anybody that attended the last Affiliate Summit and lives in the U.S. should be getting a copy.

I see that subs are for domestic subscribers.

Any chance of a PDF ver for intl subscribers?
I like the portability of being able to access it, even when i'm not connected to the 'cloud'…
