The affiliate agreements for affiliate programs include lots of key information to guide affiliates about how an affiliate program can be promoted and other rules of the road.

But many affiliates are reading the agreements, which can make them a liability in various ways.

I would encourage affiliate managers to regularly reiterate key terms to avoid issues with affiliates.
