I appreciate your posting this. It’s got some great ideas for improving conversion. The hardest part I find is implementation. I get hung up in all the details of actually getting things put into the right places on my sales pages. Can you recommend a good person or people to make these changes without having it cost an arm and a leg (maybe just a finger or a finger-nail) to get it done?

Thanks Shawn, Stephanie, Larry, and Sondra. These techniques are still very useful today and can really help to increase conversion rates if used properly. Sometimes the best thing to do is have a family member critique your process.. they often point out small issues that you would have never noticed yourself.
