The Performance Marketing Association (PMA) reports that the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue is delaying enforcement of its Affiliate Nexus Tax law until September 1, 2012. Hopefully, merchants will continue to work with their affiliates in Pennsylvania, rather than jumping the gun and booting them out.
