I love vendors that take the time to communicate. AWeber is a great example with their letters that go out with affiliate checks.
If you’re not familiar with AWeber, they are an email service provider with excellent customer service and tools at a low price.
My newsletters and emails with blog updates are run through them.
I visit their blog and read their emails, but I’m most likely to absorb their snail mail, so it was great to learn about some upcoming features in the latest note from AWeber CEO and Founder, Tom Kulzer.
Anyhow, according to the letter, they have a “massive new feature release” in the next two weeks. This is something over half of their dev team has been working on for over 8 months.
They mention a whole bunch of new reports and analytics.

Nice post, aweber does have a good services.
reply to this commentIts time affiliates get the best of the web, and aweber does exactly that.
Had occasion to revisit the aweber site as part of a project I am working on.
I have to say I am very dissapointed at the way it has changed – especially the cost per month and the level of subscribers. In the past the great thing about aweber was exactly that – the cost and the number of subscribers allowed.
Normally I would not look at another service provider… but now, I will probably shop around and end up using something like getresponse or simular.
Overall – nice redesign of website, downside cost and limit of subscribers
