Carsten was kind enough to surprise me with Getting Things Done. I am a big fan because he is practical in a way that other books are not, i.e. he says do A, B, and C. I’ve had everyone at Schaaf Consulting read it. We’re still working it in but I also recommend the Outlook PDF which you can download for $10.

Didn’t know about the MS Outlook Add-On – just checked out the link. Unfortunately Vista isn’t yet supported and I upgraded last week.

Hey Shawn,

Getting things done by David Allen is also one of my favorites. You recommended it once last year, if I remember correctly. I picked it up back than and love it. Thanks for the recommendation btw.

Did you know that there is a MS Outlook Add-On that lets you apply the methods from GTD within outlook and you emails?

I have also some more Personal Productivity and Project Management Tools amoung other tools you might want to check out. Some are free, some are not, but all come in handy.
