Anti-Affiliate Legislation Update

The Performance Marketing Alliance has posted updates to the states where anti-affiliate, advertising tax legislation is currently active on some level.

There are updates from Connecticut, Tennessee, Hawaii, Rhode Island, North Carolina, and Wisconsin.

And then there’s California. Lisa Picarille had an article in the San Francisco Chronicle last week on the status of California AB178.
