AffStat 2008 Report Now Available

The AffStat 2008 Report, a compilation of survey data from nearly 200 affiliates managers, has been published. This is the sixth annual edition of the report that I have authored.
The survey covered the overall statistics for affiliate programs, as well as a number of issues that face affiliate managers.
Areas covered in the survey included affiliate networks, staffing, affiliate recruiting, and management.
The survey question responses were broken out by affiliate program type: pay per lead, and pay per sale.
The AffStat 2008 survey also includes a section where affiliates managers can sound off in their own words on a variety of industry issues.
Plus a guide to affiliate recruiting, and resources for affiliate managers with dozens of hotlinks to affiliate marketing message boards, blogs, and newsletters.

That is a pretty impressive survey. 200 affiliate managers surveyed should give a great overview of the industry.
