Pop-up With a Cookie

If you have a pop-up window on your site, it opens every time visitors come back. This is annoying (not that you don’t know that).

But if you use cookies, you can make it so you only open a new window on their first visit to the page. The next time they come back, the script will read the cookie, identify them as a repeat visitor, and NOT open the window again.
