Teleseminars and offline events can be a great way to grow your business, but the online event registration is a real chore to build.

I learned that first hand when I was putting it together for the Affiliate Summit site when we first got started.

I thought putting on a conference was going to be the hard part, but building the online registration, confirmation and reminder e-mails, real time credit card processing and reporting all combined to be a big nasty headache.

Then I came across RegOnline.com, an online event registration and membership management service. These guys are the backend for the Affiliate Summit conference and I am planning to use them for some projects as an affiliate.

This service is powering the whole registration process for us and it’s made things inifinitely more efficient.

If you are considering a phone conference where you charge for access or some sort of offline event, this is the way to go. Anything from a 5 person seminar to a 5,000 person conference - it’s totally scalable.
