		<description>To me, this issue is still very little to do with &quot;tax&quot; itself, but rather the construction of very poor legislation that allows merchants to SO EASILY get out of paying the tax by removing a sector of it&#039;s advertising budget.  It was poorly thought out.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Leveraging small business (and a few big ones) located in your constituency to push tax collection on internet merchants is a poor idea, my friends.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Mr. Bloomberg:  Please read the language in the repeal bill.  Then go out and get your taxes in a different way.</description>
