Affiliate Summit Breaks into Book Publishing

by on August 28, 2009

Affiliate Summit is excited to announce that we are launching a new book publishing imprint, Velocity NYC Press.

Beginning September 1, 2009, Velocity NYC Press will become a newly circulated imprint line for Morgan James, which is distributed by Ingram Publisher Services. Other Morgan James imprints include Glazer-Kennedy Publishing, Top 20 Press, and Milton Rae Press.

The focus of the Velocity NYC Press imprint will be to cover every topic affecting online marketers, including affiliate and search engine marketing, blogging, microblogging, online video, and podcasting.

In addition to handling design and production, sales and distribution of the books, we will put sizable promotion behind the books through Affiliate Summit, FeedFront magazine, and our various blogs, podcasts, and other marketing tools.

Interested authors should contact us at http://www.affiliatesummit.com/contact-velocity-nyc-press/.

Your Message@Shawn Collins:

Haha, no I started doing it randomly on my own and the others jumped in and we made the twitter account for it. Just a little experiment to see what happens.

@MikeBuechele:
So were the tweets from the panel account the chapters? ;)

@Shawn Collins:

I’m working on a Social Media networking book, and I’ve got something planned with my Get Noticed Fast panelist from ASE09 to expand our session topic.

Very impressive indeed. I have always thought about publishing authored material. I definitely have writing skills that I feel present themselves well on paper… so I’m looking big time into this option. Thanks!

I had heard the rumors. Very impressive stuff. Now I must start writing more.
