The general perception of affiliates is that they run banner ads on their sites. But one of the biggest segments of affiliates are those who run targeted opt-in lists.
According to data from the AffStat 2004 Report (below), 60% of affiliates have opt-in lists.
In the past, I’ve recommended Constant Contact, Opt-in Pro, and Topica, and I’ve recently become aware of another quality vendor.
Bluerockdove.com offers the tools for a first generation newsletter publisher with a good, clean opt-in database.
