There was great news earlier this week that an amended version of HB 1193 in Colorado had removed the portion on affiliates establishing nexus in the state.
A nice victory for all of the affiliate marketers who mobilized and made sure their voices were heard by Colorado lawmakers.
But there is more legislation coming in multiple states, and your state could be next.
