I gave a webinar presentation, “Affiliate Marketing: What Every Online Retailer Ought to Know,” with Jason Billingsley, Co-founder and VP Innovation at Elastic Path Software.

The webinar ran about an hour and covered all sorts of current issues facing affiliate managers.

It may a little basic for some affiliate management veterans, but I think there are even some gems in there for the old fogeys.

I covered things such as having an in-house affiliate manager vs. OPM, managing brand concerns, attracting super affiliates, and the future of the industry.
