I was working out daily, eating well, drinking plenty of water, and all that stuff over the past week.

And then I hit a plateau. But I have to admit that I sabotaged myself.

The gift baskets, Christmas parties, gingerbread houses, etc. came down on me hard and I had a bad day last Saturday.

The good thing is that I stayed at the same weight as last week, so there was no gain there.

Now I’ve got to buckle down. It will be especially tricky over the next week with Christmas parties and all that stuff.

Must stay strong.

Anyhow, I thought of an alternative, since I was turned down by the Weight Watchers affiliate program, since they don’t want to work with any sites based on user generated content.

I was looking around in CJ and Amazon, and found that there are lots of books and products branded by Weight Watchers in other affiliate programs, as well as Weight Watchers Magazine in the various magazine affiliate programs.

Now I’m off to buy some candy for the Christmas stockings.

Here’s hoping I can (mostly) keep my paws off the treats in the next week.

Well it is going to be hard man! Everyone is going to be force feeding you all types of goodies. Good Luck with saying no!

WW is good, but can be tough at times. Around two years ago I broke my ankle and gain a bunch of weight… I then joined WW and ended up losing 32 pounds withing 4-5 months I believe.

I just start a new blog for my mission to dunk by March 2008. Want to have a little friendly competition! :P

Dunk by March 2008? No trampoline and a standard height hoop?
