Affiliate Fatblogging, Episode 13

I had a bit of an off day for the Super Bowl, so I didn’t weigh in last week. Since then, I’ve been disciplined with plenty of working out, eating foods on the Weight Watchers core plan, and gulping down lots of water.

The result… I’ve dipped below 200 pounds for the first time in quite a while, which makes me very happy.

I am not at 197, and I started at 216 back in November 2007. So that’s 19 pounds down, and just 2 pounds away from my goal.

There is still more than a week for me to hit the number, so I think it’s a lock. I just need to do it by the start of Affiliate Summit on February 24, 2008.

I suppose that reinforces what I was talking about last week that you have to adopt a long-term, healthy lifestyle, and not a short-term diet.

It’s just not realistic to always be regimented, and I look forward to falling off the wagon once in a while. Just get right back on and don’t fall off too often.
