I’m still moving in the right direction with another one pound loss with the Weight Watchers core plan. That gets me two thirds of the way to my goal with 14 pounds lost and seven to go by the first day of Affiliate Summit (February 24, 2008).

One of the reasons I have been maintaining steady progress has been my experimentation with new foods that I have ended up enjoying.

In the past, I thought the look, smell and who thing about California Rolls was gross. Then I tried them.

And I have to say I like to devour some brown rice California Rolls these days.

Anyhow, there has been some conversation in email where a bunch of affiliate marketers are interested in some healthy group activities during Affiliate Summit.

So, there are tentative plans for a mixture of early morning walking and networking… netwalking. :-)

I’m thinking I’ll try to go for brisk walks on the Saturday and Sunday mornings before Affiliate Summit (Monday and Tuesday are a little too packed for me).

Nothing formal. Just some people interested in knocking out a couple or three quick miles to get the day started, while making some new business connections and enjoying industry shop talk.
