Check out ABestWeb - you can go in there and ask lots of questions, and you will find that lots of folks are willing to help you.
Also, take a look at the Black Ink Project, a free course from super affiliate Jeremy Palmer.
Affiliate Classroom also has some good resources to help you get started.
Lastly, do a search for affiliate blog on your favorite search engine, and you will find a variety of blogs with affiliate marketing industry news, tips, and information.
