The Performance Marketing Alliance (PMA) has posted a recap of legislation against affiliates by state.
The states considering a version of the advertising tax seem to be increasing daily.
At last count, the following states have bills or plans at some stage: California, Connecticut, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, North Carolina, and Tennessee.
If you are in one of these states and facing threats by anti-affiliate legislation, we want to hear your story for FeedFront Magazine.
